Stephen (Steve) has a background in international environmental and human rights law and policy, and more than a decade of engagement in UN climate policy processes. He has around 6 years of experience in GCF policy and project development, including provision of advice on accreditation, readiness and project development to the UN agencies, intergovernmental organizations and non-governmental organisations. Steve has also provided technical support to the GCF Secretariat related to policy development.
